Co-Founder
Pankaj Kumar brings 21 years of extensive experience in hotel management to Farm Aravalia. His expertise in managing hotels, resorts, and events has been instrumental in the growth of Asian Hospitality Management. Pankaj’s blend of knowledge and compassion is reflected in his exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction. He is also associated with AHM and Arise Ethnic Village Resort and will now be managing the sales and marketing of Farm Aravalia.
Puneet Grover
Co-Founder
With 25 years of invaluable experience, Puneet excels in team management, task delegation, and customer relationship management. His dynamic personality and leadership skills have significantly contributed to all his ventures, including Farm Aravalia. Puneet is primarily associated with Asian Hospitality Management, managing guest houses in DLF Gurgaon under the brand name Smart Inn Hotels, and an ethnic resort near Manesar called Arise Ethnic Village Resort.

Navdeep is best described by the line, “Engineer by education and Traveler by Heart.” His love for travel is fueled by the inspiration he finds in nature. Navdeep’s travel philosophy is to immerse himself in a location long enough to understand its culture, connect with locals, and leave before settling into a routine. He believes that while schools and colleges are great for academic knowledge, there is no better teacher than travel when it comes to life lessons. As the Co-Founder of a travel company that has been managing and marketing hotels since 2007, Navdeep brings exceptional experience, ideas, and years of learning to Farm Aravalia.
