Farm Aravalia is operated under the management of the Aatithyam Group, Gurgaon. By booking or utilizing services provided by Farm Aravalia, guests acknowledge that the Aatithyam Group is responsible for the overall operation and management of the property, ensuring all services meet the highest standards.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
1.3 Rates: All rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
2. Check-in and Check-out
2.1 Check-in Time: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
2.2 Check-out Time: Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
2.3 Early Check-in and Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
1. No refund will be provided for cancellations due to no-shows, acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
3. Unless specifically mentioned before group booking, the policy remains the same as stated above in point no. 1 & 2 of cancellation policy.
4. Changes to Booking
4.1 Modifications: Any modifications to your booking, including changes in dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Farm Stay Policies
5.1 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas.
5.2 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
5.3 Noise Policy: Please respect the tranquility of the farm stay and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime.
5.4 Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
6. Activities and Safety
6.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in activities such as hiking, rappelling, rock climbing, obstacle courses, zip-lining, sky cycling, and other adventure activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks associated with these activities.
6.2 Wildlife Encounters: Encounters with wildlife, including reptiles and jungle animals, are possible. Exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.
6.3 Safety Equipment: Use of safety equipment provided by Farm Aravalia is mandatory for certain activities. Failure to use such equipment may result in termination of the activity without refund.
7. Liability
7.1 Limitation of Liability: Farm Aravalia, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, participation in activities, or use of our website.
7.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aatithyam Group, Farm Aravalia, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your stay, participation in activities, or breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
