You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in activities at Farm Aravalia with full knowledge of the risks involved. You agree to assume all risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to those mentioned above.
You agree to release, waive, and discharge Farm Aravalia, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in any activities or your stay at our farm, including but not limited to injury, illness, death, or damage to property.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aatithyam Group, Farm Aravalia, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in activities, your stay at the farm, or your breach of this Disclaimer and Indemnity.
You agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Farm Aravalia staff. Failure to adhere to these may result in your removal from activities without any refund or compensation.
In the event of an emergency, you authorize Farm Aravalia to secure proper treatment and agree to pay for all costs associated with such treatment.
